I was invited by Lidia Dyndor to create illustrations for a very exceptional book titled "Is My Mom an Alien?". It not only tells Lidka's story and her battle with breast cancer but also includes a children's tale that helps explain to the youngest ones what is happening to Mom during the illness. The book was printed in a run of 1,500 copies thanks to a grant from Gilead Sciences Poland and was distributed free of charge to patients and oncology wards.
